I think the only person we DON'T have faith in is Liam Murphy... Correct?
Gwanawayalánger Liam!
In todays Echo our beloved manager speaks about how he has 100% faith in his players, he then goes on to say "its just a pity that others don't have the same faith in them as me". I'm assuming this is directed at the fans and the echos John McHale & Ken O'Connor.
Liam, when will you learn to stop making stupid comments?
please note that all of the above is only true assuming Spillane wasnt up to his old inventing quotes tricks again!

At this stage I don't know if he is deliberatly going out of his way to alienate the fans or if he's just plain stupid and doesn't know what he's saying.
Cheerio Liam!

I bought the Echo at 5:30, and it did not have any column by Spillane, and no mention at all of City or Murphy.
What page was this article on, Colm?
These threads on Liam Murphy are getting boring. We all know how people feel and we know how Murphy's reacting. It is obvious that Lennox is going to stick with him until the end of the season so I think everyone should focus on getting behind the team, esp. tomorrow.

Yesterdays Echo, friday 6th dec. It was a few pages in from the back under a picture of Devine with a load of goalie gloves.Originally posted by oddboy

It would be fine if Murphy was leaving at the dn of the season but all signs so far point to Lennox backing him until at least the end of his contract in Nov 2003.Originally posted by Real ale Madrid
