Rico in Beal Feirste, Healy in Falkirk.
It would want to be a large biro.
I'm optimistic.
If he said no, it'd be on Red FM and 96fm straight away.
If he said yes, they'd want to maximise the good publicity.
Also heard that there was meant to be a press conference today for the unveiling of Farrelly, Murphy, Beamish, Healy if he signed and confirming the investors. Obviously postponed.
Hopefully, there'll be word tomorrow and a conference Wednesday.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"
G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!
Word from Falkirk is Colin was apprehensive about their offer as he's looking for longer-term security for his family.
I haven't seen any development on the rumours of a Wolves interest.
Rico has left him the option of a 1 or 2year contract.

I wont believe till i see it, but it would be a great signing if we actually manage it. Credit to Rico so far anyway.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Farrelly has already been at 2 clubs since july the maximum allowed by FIFA. City will try to force it through with the same argument Liverpool are using for Javier Mascherano - the other clubs were on a different calendar.
I think the same might apply to hopkins who has been at waterford and bangor since july...

As both players are free agents I think City should be able to successfully challenge this.
AFAIK one of Liverpool's arguments was that EU employment law was of higher precedent than FIFA rules and West Ham could not afford to play Mascherano again because of clauses in his contract which would have triggered massive payments to his previous club. Therefore denying his registration with Liverpool would affect his employment as he would not be played at W/Ham.
With Farrelly and Hopkins it should be even more clear-cut as FIFA/EUFA have no legal right to deny them employment seeing they have no current employer. Mind you CCFC is not Liverpool...
Anyone got any news on when the forum might be back?
No. As in we'll get by with Farrelly. This moving to a third club thing shouldn't be an issue. He didn't play with Leicester so his last club before Blackpool was Bohemians (last season). Correct?
An excellent source thats good enough for me has told me Colin Healy has agreed a deal with City.![]()

No. They might want the Farrelly situation confirmed first but looks like that might take a while now.

It was just announced on your site he has signed a two year deal.
Cork City Football Club are very pleased to announce that terms have been agreed with former Celtic and Sunderland midfielder Colin Healy for a 2 year contract with the club.
26 year old Healy, who has 13 caps for the Republic of Ireland, expressed his delight at joining the Rebel Army. Healy told CorkCityFC.ie “I have been very impressed with the organisation and ambition displayed by everyone at Cork City over the last few weeks and I look forward to joining such a wonderfully vibrant football club.”
Manager Damien Richardson said “It is a great pleasure to welcome Colin on board. It is a great compliment to our football club and to the league that a player of his calibre has decided to join. Allied to the signings of Gareth Farrelly and Darren Murphy, this has been a most productive week for Cork City Football Club.
Richardson also confirmed to CorkCityFC.ie that he hopes that there will be further additions to the squad by the end of the week.
