I think that i might have posted this before but here is a refresher,,,
All co'mitte of ldmc removed at egm. 3 ex-members of ldmc appointed with other to run football on temp basis...the F/S came out from meeting and immediately spoke to a trustee of both pike and Janesboro and i paraphrase" now that my hands are not tied behind, you can come to me if you need any favours"... the boro member told him to just do his job and fix the matches.....

lo and behold.... boro have no match for 5 weeks and then get 3 in 5 days....

Maybe silvercirle you should question your clubs actions in all of this, if you think that they were anything but honourable....?

Player never signs the form
Player plays one friendly with Balla
Player says he will not be signing for Balla
Player signs a form with Aisling
Objection against Aisling for fielding an illegal player
Player attends meeting and states he never signed a form for Balla,
Brings in passport to show his signature, signs 4 more times for proof
Signature was totally different from Balla form
No Balla representative present at meeting
Aisling player suspended until Balla Rep attends next meeting
Decision reached - Aisling loose ?????

What I dont get is that if the player told Balla that he did not want to play for them why did they bother to hand in the form. Surely they werent trying to wreck this players season by having hin banned for signing with 2 clubs.

Also how many games has this player played for ye. Is it possible that ye could lose more points if your objection is rejected.

Balla would not have intended such malice I am sure, 8 months passed since the player signed for Aisling so I am sure it was well forgotton.
The only result in question would be the Lawson result against Corbally.

Ya I dont think any club would do that to a player.

Hopefully ye will win your case and at least it wont affect your league games.

It was an easy out for the LDMC, knowing full well Aisling will appeal to the Munster Council. allegedly one member said that the form filled without a signature is good enough for him, was the cheque or ball signed?

easy out for the ldmc.....they must be sick of the sight of ye.every season aisling teams are being objected to,its common knowledge that every team checks the match card after playing aisling.

Aisling have been at this since they teamed up with ul.
students from other leagues around the country staying in limerick
at the w/e and turning out for aisling.
One incident comes to mind when one of these players played an important
match and was in the star newspaper the following week in a team picture
playing for a leinster senior league club who he was signed for.
