Stick. I've tried a late beta and I was very impressed with it, but feedback from first movers is generally pretty bad, so it looks like the annoying kinks that it did have weren't ironed out. On top of that it's generally a bad idea to run a brand new OS on a machine that's going to be used regularly, you're better off waiting for the next release. (Microsoft says that Vista won't do service packs, but I think that's pretty unlikely.)
After all this time, if this is the best Microsoft can do, MacOS and Linux are going to hammer their OS business. They're going to be even more reliant on Office for revenues in future imho.
