this worries me. reynolds has been playing very poorly away from him (the guy isn't a creative player) while woods and george are hiding as per usual. i was hoping o'grady would continue form last season but injuries have prevented this.Originally posted by SSS
When City are struggling away from home, what is needed is a leader on the pitch..do we really have one now??
Not saying there isn't dedication and spirit, but you still need someone "in charge" in the 11.
Is this what's missing since Naps got injured?
( Does LM actually believe that DD gives this leadership and is therefore worth his place!?!?!)
i think myself greg should be appointed captain. the guy can be a firebrand but he is a tremedous player (a sort of roy keane at full back if you like). i would also look to daniel murray.
what has disspointed me in away games is john o'flynn recent form. he is by far and away the most exciting city player I have seen since ollie came on the sence but he seems to carrying a niggly ankle injury which is certainly impending his direct running game.
