Brush is dodgy on crosses, never leaves his line. Hopefully the Aussie is O Hara in disguise. Mentions on the website he has played in Australia and Serbia but not the actual sides he has played for.
surely you mean a former wollongong wolves reserves team player as he wasnt the first choice keeper
damn right
I have to say, I am getting worried about this new manager.

to be fair to brush he didnt get much of a look in last year. but i thought he was a good upcoming keeper. he seemed to command his area pretty well.
o'hara is an excellent shot stopper, some saves he made were simply amazing, but when did he ever come off his line. o'hara didnt command his area in the air and always stood on the line. an excellent keeper in terms of shot stopping, but cant see why ur saying brush is dodgy on crosses when o'hara wasnt great at it.
i'd be fine with having brush as #1 this year. hopefully the new keeper will have a good all round game. both keepers have much to live upto in terms of replacing o'hara.
I can see why some of ye are worried now , perhaps Rob is underestimating the standard that the Premier is at nowadays
i dont know...the english guy talks the talk....also an aussie u20 keeper cant be too bad can he?
I don'y know about underestimating Mcdonald but does look good to me, does'nt make sense letting some of our lads go and bring in a guy from halifax, and an other from some average college team in the states, neither of who have a decent cv in my eyes- i played a better standard of football than the keeper i wonder should i give him McD a ring
Letting Conor O'Grady go is making less and less sense each day. I would have assumed that he was being let go because McDonald felt he had better players coming in but what we have seen so far looks like junior footballers and fellas fulfilling dreams to be professional footballers.
I see serious relegation battles ahead.
O Hara could read the game well, knows when to stay and when to commit to a cross. I remember when Brush replaced O Hara for the cup replay against Derry, the first goal came from a curling cross inside the six yard area just the kind of ball your goalie should be dealing with. Also against Shels in the rearranged game their first goal game from a corner he should of came out and collected. He is the type of keeper that makes your defence nervous actually I would rate Brush better than O Hara as a shot stopper, his reflexes are top class.
**** Me! Will ye give them a ****ing chance
Any word on Singh & Turner? are they in or out?
