The dispute between Limerick and the FAI will return to the High Court on Thursday. The club was granted an adjournment yesterday to consider its response to a 128-page document lodged by the association explaining the decision to exclude it from the league.
It is expected a date for a hearing of the case will be set for as early as next week.
