I think if you say you need it for work or something like that you will get called to do it quicker.

Get a letter from work on headed paper saying that they need you to drive for them urgently, that should help quicken up the proccess (it worked for anyone I done it for anyway).

Well obviously you need to know how to drive and have a good, clear understanding of the rules of the road!!! Get a letter from work, or just ring and ask for a cancellation, do a load of pre-tests and one on the day of the test and you should be fine!

Then again, I did 2 pre-tests, one about 6 months before my test and one 2 days before, did the test, and passed first time!!!

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

    Which is it?

The Driver Testing Section is in Mayo and the west of Ireland has some of the highest pass rates. Strange coincidence...

If you need it for work, and you are willing to accept cancellations meaning you could have very little notice. I accepted this and got my test within the month. However this was 8 years ago .

That thing about getting a letter......

Forge a letter from the HSE and say you're an ambulance driver.....and that you really really need the licence for work.

Once you've applied you can get the cancellation within a month, otherwise the letter from work will do it.
    It's only just begun...............

Would it work if you didn't have a letter and just said you'd accept a cancellation?
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Or that your wifes waters have broke and you don't have a fully qualified driver to accompany you to the hospital.

Failed it over here in london last year, went home last thursday did a days driving , sat it on friday and passed. Its ridiculously simple to england, but a fella who is an instrutctor in my home town said it is going to be adapted like England. YOu arent allowed any majors( or seriouses = pinks, majors = blue in england) in England, yet you are allowed 9 in Ireland.....add to that you are only allowed up to 15 minors.

I think the decimal point is in the wrong place for Buncrana.

65% of Buncrana people can't even sign their own name never mind drive a car correctly.

The local speciality is turning right at roundabouts from the left lane....
