Celebrity to launch fundraiser required

Well lads,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but.... I'm in the middle of organising a fundraiser for a junior league team in Waterford and need a famous face to launch a dog night. If anyone knows anyone that I could contact or if you are famous yourself ( for the right reasons) and could help me out, I'd love to hear from you
