All Ireland Pro Evolution

Lads,
Sorry if this is up somewhere else but I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an All-Ireland type Pro Evolution tournament. One of my friends reckons there is but I have never heard anything more about it other then hearsay. He seems to think there is regional qualifiers before a final tournament! Can anyone confirm/deny this and if so is there a webpage about it or any other resources?

I used to work in Microsoft in Dublin and I seem to recall them hosting some tournaments in the Atrium building but I wouldnt be 100% on that

Shouldnt have been on Xbox but Sony dont really care about the ps2.
