    The Godfather of soul James Brown passed away early Christmas morning.

    Was so gutted and it broke my heart to tell my 9 yr old. He was comforted somewhat by the double CD that Santa had brought him and am soooooo glad I brought him to see him for his birthday. Jake is convinced that was the last show that James did and he is also convinced that Santa knew he was dying and thats why he gave him the CD. He also reckoned that as he lift JB's CD from the Sofa on Christmas morning, James breathed his last! It was around that time tho, so who knows. Yes my son is strange.

    RIP James, glad I got to see you twice in Concert and thanks for the legacy of music you leave behind.
