also current ability has something to do with it..
and add to that a history in the game.

its a real fine mixture of alot as I can see...

its basically used to decide if a player/staff would go to a club.
its weighed with a couple of other factors such as the competition they have qualified for, in game, and the attractiveness of the city.

I don't think so. It was (last time i checked) only possible to edit the competition names.

if you could find its value in the hex code somewhere you could change it. thats how it was done for cm97/98, but of course the game is a LITTLE more complex now

warning: doing this wrong would break your game and is probably against the terms of use
