Four ex League of Ireland players on the pitch for MotherweLl now
Who Cares?!
Saw the last fifteen minutes or so. Molloy was the best player on the pitch for Motherwell when he came on (joke league), Keegan saw about five minutes' worth of action, Murphy still dutifully hoofing everything fifty yards upfield like a rugby full-back.
A leading authority on League of Ireland football since 2003. You're probably wrong.
WTF???????? Sectarian????????????
I was referring to the fact that Molloy would start a row in an empty house after witnessing his antics over the past 10 years.
He is a good player and I hope he rectifies his stint at Carlisle with good performances in the SPL as his performances will be representing the EL.
As Irishmen we dilute our sense of nation by depending on the English to bring us our balls
cant believe the tripe written about keegan.
remember a couple of years ago when drogs signed paul keegan. i thought it was that muppet and was devastated. when i realised it was a 20 year old kid instead i was delighted.he will add nothing to a SPL team. wouldnt even have him in my division 1 EL team. motherwell are signing anyone who plays up front and is going cheap/free in the blind hope of landing a bargin like doyle. me thinks they bet on two three legged donkeys.
oh ffs
keegan is a good player
ask anyone in the el and they'll tell you the same
he's simply good at what he does - and malpass isnt dumb enough to think he was getting a new "doyle" in two players over 30 ffs
he signed them cos he know they can contribute - thats what good players do
this is no big deal - he's signed two experienced pros who would easily slot in and do a job in any half decent set up
in fairness it is relatively risk free for motherwell. no transfer fee just pay the wages of players who are able to perform at a resonable level. how long are their contracts for?
18 months for Molloy and Keegan from reports.
transfer fee is 100,000
