The club should put a roof over the railway end and create a new shed down that end. Would be great. The SHED II

If that is true, the monies should be kept until another grant is allocated to develop that end of the ground. Killing two birds with the one stone and all that.

I agree, we should do the railway end and a social club where the shed is.

Yeah ! A social club and a few quid spent on the pitch would be good.

We should only build a social club if it's under the stand. Remember the hassle for tickets at the semi final against Derry City no point reducing the capacity of the Showgrounds even more. Some like Galways would be a complete waste of time if anything we need to be making the Showgrounds capacity bigger for European football etc.

I thnk the €70k is for upgrading the floodlights and providing protection on the sides of the main stand.

I hear that the shed will be knocked and replaced with a gym and conference area with new terracing at the Nazareth House end.

It would be great if they produced a pitch.

They could asways make the pitch a bit longer, even by a meter or two,its very small as it is. Agree with building a new shed as tight to the pitch though.
