really depends if newtown put in an objection.. which i doubt they will
scoreline shows 1 player did not make differnce between teams ...
from what i saw last 10 mins of game ,,, ye had a decent team out playing some nice football against poor opposition .. outstanding is a bit over the top... plus ye also got handy side of draw also .. winners of olympic b / shannon town b

Do you know your best 11 yet?. The game against Newtown B was your first game according to a reliable source. Is Darren Ryan signing looks to me like your defence needs him (not being ignorant to the lads already playing).

What gave you that idea??Bj RB, Quirke LB,Finbarr Neville and Stepthen Walton In the centre.Nothing wrong with that. Then you have Mark Mc Keogh,Buckley,Woodsey and Darren Ryan if he signs.

The 2 lads played for Rineanna last year, haven't seen them much myself, but they seem solid enough. You need a big centre half that'll win the ball in the air.As you said yourself, they didn't have a whole lot to do. it'll be different tomorrow night.Park are a small side, compared to other teams, look at Bunratty last night, they all seemed to be over 6 foot and strong. They need a few players that'll get stuck in and break up the ball in the middle of the park.

what happens when you play a team with a small centre forward
who dont put high balls into box for big centre half ... alright being big but you have to be able to play a bit as well,,, would have been very intrested to see how they would have got on against big alex delgrano on tuesday night... they only way ye will find out is over the coming season... lads can look great / terrible in pre season matches and then either stay great / terrible..

when is next round of matches of wesley webb on

Steve walton def played with olympic last year every third sunday when he showed up.Finbar neville was also signed with oly but didnt show up at all.I think he was down in wolfe tones HQ playing bogball.I think its safe to say that as soon as the cold wet sunday mornings are upon us you can forget about these lads.

Ur dead right side-cutter sure if they go parks season is over, lets hope park win the WW as it will be their last bit of silverware before extinction.I cant imagine that happening at any other clubs that the odd player might not be there every week surely not

Are they any good? Would they have got their places if they showed?? Every body deserves a second chance, they should get that at Park. Speaking of Olympic how are they fixed this year..

as for shannon olympic this year the got a couple of lads back that were missing last year ..they should be pretty strong and will in my opinion go straight back up..
Is this your true opinion or is it an ex manager trying to put added pressure on the new lads in charge? What lads came back this year that were missing? Have they not lost Terry Dougan, Steve Carroll, Neville, the other CB gone to park.....

Bunratty v Newtown

Bunratty looked very strong from 1 through 11 with a huge squad to pick from. Some very useful players on the bench yesterday John Ryan, Noel Collins, Keano, trev twomey but to name a few. Are big and physical which is needed in the clare league and with Evan Glynn, Scales, Adams, Monaghan and young Duggan they definitely have plenty of creativity. Will they be able to keep everybody happy though? It doesn't matter I suppose once their winning.
Newtown looked ragged, no pattern really to their game and didn't look the fittest although they finished the stronger it has to be said. I expect more from them once the league gets under way in a few weeks. Few players to come in yet!!

..they have karl scott, brendy mckeogh and paul o connor will be back soon.thats 2 defenders that we missed last year...terry will be a loss..steve was unfortunately injured for most of last year finbar turned up for 4 matches..
Ya Paul will be a big bonus to the team, he seemed to make the team click when he was sweeper and Karl Scott will also be a great addition. It's always the same with blow ins their loved until they start loosing then their made the scapegoat only joking
