Farren is from Greencastle ,Donegal.

However, I was talking to a few DC players last night and they told me Farren was being chased by Derby, Qpr and Preston. They reckon half the team could be on its way too, and that the English scouts are all over the Eircom league due to the success of Doyle and Derry's euro run.
