I gave my money to this already.
Simply making a suggestion does not mean you are not involved![]()
And I certainly do not need advice/lessons from anyone on what following a club, which is an individual choice, entails..![]()
I do mean it and anyone that gives out about some aspect of the club/support/system but does nothing to change/affect it really dont have an opinion that should be valued or credited. In my opinion it is just bitchin' and passing the buck.
Cork City FC need you .... stand up and be counted.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

The three chosen flags have been sewn together. The designs are:
1. Green/Red halves with white star
2. Green/White/Red/White/Green 'pyjama'
3. Green/White halves with red "1984"
All that's left to do is to get a 'pocket' along an edge of each flag for the poles to slide into. And also to get the star and "1984" sewn on.
Should be done by next Thursday/Friday 20/21 March. We'll try and get a photo on the website.
Flag-Waving classes will begin from Monday 24 March!

i mean i go with my dad, im not supposed to leave him for the entire match am i?
Where are the flags going to be flown from at the Pats match?
Have a lamp at the website for regular updates. The three flag designs chosen are here. We will have photos up as soon as the flags are finished, hopefully by March 25th.
Cheers...

Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?
Might have been mentioned but what size are they?
Interesting to see how that 1984 banner works out as stitching it on will add a bit to the (already considerable) weight

Great work so far lads. As a matter of interest, how are the finances working out. Did ye have enough money for the 3 flags, if ye got more money, would it be spent on more flags or on other stuff. I think it will enhance the atmosphere at the cross this season. Cant wait.
Donations from everyone still meant we were short over €100 for the flags. Sales of FourFiveOne for the season left aside enough money to cover that and also get the two drums and the 50 canisters of green and white smoke that is on the way from TIFO.Did ye have enough money for the 3 flags,
We want to continue getting more flags, drums, smoke, anything that will help with the atmosphere and create displays at the Cross during the season ahead. We'd love to hear ideas for displays from the people who buy FourFiveOne and especially from the people who have donated and intend to donate to the funds.if ye got more money, would it be spent on more flags or on other stuff.
We hope to meet up at the next CCISA meeting, for anyone who wants to help with the flag waving or drum banging!
When is that on lads?
