Actually, it's not minnowism at all. We know we're a small club, but because we're well administered, we consistently punch above our level. It's partly because we're well administered and, for example, Bohs are a shambles (or recovering from a shambles) that we finished ahead of you in the league.
If it were all about winning trophies, half the teams in the league would have given up by now. It's about coming as high up as you can with the resources available to you, and in that regard, we're bloody successful. If we get a following of the level of Cork or Derry, we'd be the best club in the league.
CTID may have been excessively proud of our achievements, but that doesn't qualify them as minnowism.
