Therapy? released an LP (their 11th) 'One Cure Fits All' last spring.

Really? I had no idea. And not because is was all Bellexed up last spring.
Then again, was never much of a fan, even though I got to hear plenty of their early stuff in college.

Razorlight - terrible, terrible rubbish altogether
Snow Patrol - Nampy, pamby souless nonsense. They are actually blander than u2
Muse - More bland coffee table "rock"
The Killers - Don't get me started! Wetter than Angelas Ashes

It would appear Limerick folk are the only ones with taste

And before jebus comes on laying into me, yes I'll freely admit I'm trapped in a timewarp and have trouble acknowledging any good new music This doesn't in any way take from the rubbishness of the above listed bands btw
what kind of music do you like so???

I was about to try and be positive and say 'Hey Man' by Eels ...but I just checked and it was released in May 2005. So I'm still waiting on a single, solitary remarkable song to emerge from 2006 -and as Christmas is upon us it's looking more and more likely to be Slades 'Merry Christmas (Everybodys Having Fun)'.
" I wish to God that someone would be able to block out the voices in my head for five minutes, the voices that scream, over and over again: "Why do they come to me to die?"

If you haven't check out TV on the Radio. One of the most original if not the most original band around right now.

I hadn't looked at this thread until now as I couldn't think of anything worth nominating. It's just occurred to me that I haven't bought a single album released this year. Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Gold Lion was good, thought it was more than a year ago though.

    Oh, Therapy? are $hite too.

Can't think of ANY good singles really. The new AFI single is lodged in my head. And the singles from the newest Taking Back Sunday album. Also, the solo singles from James Dean Bradfield were alright.

On a seperate note, the new ...…And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead album is class.

Richie Kavanagh's "Podge and Rodge song" .

Can't find it online yet but I'm sure it'll be on YouTube soon enough.
