did any of ye guys see the thing on mad dog adair last night on channel 5?
what an idiot,
but it was mentioned that Stone was the guy who could get porn, and the best of shankill home made porn, into the maze......
..
fuuny always to see the loyalists pumping the muscles and working out, while the Ra were getting an education.................says it all really![]()
I saw old p*ssedmepants the other day on C5 and was trying to find out when the biog was on. Shame I missed it as I could have done with a laugh. However, my sides are still aching from the musclebound bedwetter's comments in the observer on Sunday. I'd sit down for this one. 'Speaking from exile in Scotland, Adair said: ''This man [Stone] is criminally and politically insane. He should be sectioned...'''![]()

As for the loyalists 'library', didn't Mo Mowlam comment on why the Republican wing was well stocked in Irish history while the Loyalists only had a couple of books on bodybuilding to peruse?
This is the cooooooooooooolest footy forum I've ever seen!
I think Belfast home made porn was referred to - not Shankill home made porn.
When the boys in the "other" compounds had put down their University books for the evening, word is they liked a wee look at Razzle and the odd video from time to time too.![]()
In fact, the availability of porn is rife in every jail in the UK and Ireland.
Not sure about Stone, but it is a matter of public record that wingnut Adair had many female "admirers" from within the nationalist community who liked to help him with "pumping his muscles".
Also interesting to hear Adair admit that if he had been born across the tracks into the nationalist/republican community, he would probably have joined the IRA.
That for me, "says it all really".
The Englishmen came over in the year 2005
But little did they know that we'd planned a wee surprise
Sir David scored the winner, and Windsor Park went wild
And this is what we sang...
Eh no it doesnt, it just goes to show that he is a thug with two brain cells to rub together, just about by the sounds of it. how does he know he would have joined the IRA?!?! for a start whose to say they would take a nutjob like him?!?!?!?!Also interesting to hear Adair admit that if he had been born across the tracks into the nationalist/republican community, he would probably have joined the IRA.
That for me, "says it all really".
Not maybe when that poster is of said religion ( or a chance of itSense of humour bypass? I know we're talking about the North but are we not allowed bring some levity?) and in the context of a very sensitive issue being discussed. also i dont see how saying something is spelt in the protestant way is humourous? I might use it myself but it would be in a more annoyed/frustrated way if someone had deliberately spelt it that way because of their religion etc.
what does bother me though, is these guys do vote, and they dont all vote for the PUP either....how come that is never brought into it? A friend of mine over here who is a staunch supporter of paisley, told me how when his sister was getting married a load of guys they knew to be associated with certain factions within the UVF appeared at the wedding afters. He was none too impressed and asked them to leave, but these same people were friends of his friends, and im pretty sure the same politician was elected in that constituency....

Erm...that was exactly my point, although I think Adair is a lot cuter than many would believe.![]()
Regarding the IRA letting him in, they let equally as bad "nutjobs" in.
It does raise an interesting broader issue that I have often wondered about - if many of the extremists on both sides had of been born on the "other" side, would they have been as equally vociferous in the "cause" of that side?
I believe they would have.
I also believe a bad ******* is a bad ******* - regardless of where or what he was born.

I'm not playing Devil's advocate but if a fella killed a member of your family,
would it matter to you whether that fella was a bit bling or if he could appear
on mastermind answering questions on Charles S Parnell?
BTW slightly off topic the collusion thing is all over the news.
i spoke about this before, and bohspartisan came back with an answer about some little mad scientist in america didnt agree with it.I also believe a bad ******* is a bad ******* - regardless of where or what he was born.
But look at bobby sands as an example perhaps.....
what collusion thing?

Loyalist paramilatries & security forces in the seventies&eighties.Sorry POS
I am a techodunce and cant do links but if you go onto any Irish news sites they will be full of it if Tv/radio is anything to go by.
Don't really understand the point you are making here.
Both Stone and Adair were/are members of the UDA/UFF - as such they would not vote for the PUP (the political representatives of the UVF & RHC).
The PUP have little electoral support in Northern Ireland, and the political representatives of the UDA/UFF (UPRG) do not contest elections as they have been repeatedly rejected at the ballot box under previous guises.
Many loyalist paramilitary members and supporters are deeply resentful of Paisley - you may recall the "protest" by loyalists within Paisley's tent at Stormont during the GFA negotiations.
The view Paisley as a "Grand Old Duke Of York" type - he marched them up to the top of the hill, and when the going got tough, left them there.
Many loyalist paramilitaries will tell you they ended up in paramilitary organisations, spurred on by the "fear" rhetoric of Paisley - a man who has thrived by promoting constant fear into the Unionist community, and has done sweet fa constructive for the Union in his life.
The leaders of the PUP and DUP cannot stand the sight of eachother.
If you are suggesting that members/supporters of loyalist paramilitaries have voted for Paisley, I would ask you to ponder that they have also voted for the SDLP.

cheifo, thats not the collusion i was on about.....
the same anumbers on the loyalist side may not or have not existed within the republican element in terms of support, but those that do, maybe i am pretty naive and ignorant on the on-goings of the north, but to suggest that many of these voted for the sdlp, whose original aim as a party was for a united Ireland by peaceful means only, i cannot honestly beleive this when the same said people speak "no surrender/love ulster/no sellout/ulster free".
