Eric Lavine,Derek Mcarthy,Ian Rossiter.-3 players hated by every Galway fan.

I was gonna post all the rest of your ramblings about Derek, but that initial statement and your subsequent attempts to dig yourself out of that grave says it all really. I doubt there is anyone of sound mind who supports Galway......(thought about leaving that as is ).......that would hate Derek McCarthy, especially for the reason that he fought back against that scumbag Billy Cleary. I think the fact that he's a Limerick legend says it all about your ahem a "club".
The thread is who are the most hated players in LOI.I and other GUFC fans hate McCarthy.Live with it.Others have said they hate Derek o Brien-he is also a dead on guy-i still didn't whine and moan that he's a legend and that everyone should love him.Grow up.

It might be the absence of a proper rival for UCD but I actually can't think of a player I personally hate outside of a given 90 minutes.

Me I don't "hate" any player per se. But I have to say George O'Callaghan for his off field antics during the 2006 season has to rate as Tosspot of the Year ! What a talented player.... but such a **** off the field.
