    Why Molloy left Carlisle

    The Carlisle website reports that:

'Foran's fellow Irishman Trevor Molloy has been sent back home to Ireland in disgrace following an allegation of late night drinking.'

Haven't seen that in the papers here, only read that he 'failed to settle'.

Maybe his drinking got so bad he wouldn't even let his pint 'settle'?

The latest is that he is thinking of going back!

The fact that he can only play for Shels up till Christmas because of Internation Transfer Rules probably means he is having a re-think.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Theres some suggestions junkie could make his way back before the reopening of the transfer window as long as its on a free transfer.

I don't think anyone replaced Molloy as the league boo boy so maybe he was always likely to return....

And no-one ever will! The guy is probably even more hated than Donal "cannonball O.G." Broughan, and that really takes some doing

I think just about every eL fan would agree with those- maybe not campbell, but the other 3, no doubts
