    United Park from DART station

Drogs, or indeed anyone, how do I get from Drogheda DART station to United Park? How long will it take me to walk it?

Apologies for not posting this in the Drogheda section, but I need more people to see it to increase my chances of getting a reply before this afternoon. It can be moved once some helpful person answers.

    Cheers.

    Ahem, quite.

The Commuter line is the one I'm talking about.

I'm not a Dublin native, ya see, and have only ever had to get DART once (to Bray).

If you're walking it will take about twenty mins to half and hour depending on how quick you walk.
Go all the way along the main road (in the direction of the town) cross the bridge of Peace (the bridge that forms part of the main road, last bridge accross the Boyne in the town.) Follow the road up as far as Mother Hughes Pub, take the right at this fork, its up this road on your left accross from the hospital.

Alternatively heres a Taxi number. It will cost 6 or 7 Euro:

Red&White there's a couple of us getting the train up from Tara St Station at either 1753 or 1818 - meeting in McTurcaill's (just round the corner on Tara Street) for a pint at around 1715 before heading round to get the train

Thanks for offer mate, only saw it this morning though. We went to Gingerman around the corner from Pearse St. station for a few instead.

On the walk to the ground from the station we may well have scarred a 6 yr olf Man United fan in a chip shop by chanting 'Support your Local Team' at him...
