The contradiction is that you justify violence by one person/group of people on a fan/set of fans looking for trouble, but deplore violence by another person/group of people on a fan/set of fans looking for trouble.

You just said on another thread that the Sadam Hussein verdict was a disgrace, but you feel beating up Rovers fans in a positive thing.

They weren't Limerick fans the trouble was as a result of an incident which occured after the first game

I was merely saying that if some of the Rovers scum get attacked by bigger, nastier scum I can't condemn it, it's just tough $hit

BTW both the origional incident and the incident Friday night happened outside the ground therefore nothing to do with Limerick F.C. or the Eircom league

I genuinely believe that the actions of heads of state cannot be judged by the same moral compass as you would judge the individual.

Saddam is no more culpable than countless other leaders/interferers in the Middle East down through the years
