Young Irish lads at Celtic

Whilst Darren O'Dea (Centre Back) and Jim O'Brien (Striker) have been included in the 1st team squad to travel to Portugal to play Benfica, a young lad called Sheriden (a towering Centre Forward) scored twice for the Celtic reserves.

I've kept an eye on the first two lads for the past couple of years and their progress has been steady and impressive. Darren O'Dea regulary gets MOM's and Jim O'Brien has been scoring for fun this year. Hopefully both will break into the first team this year...they've both warmed the bench a few times, with O'Dea playing in a CIS cup match at left back. Being included to go to Portugal will be a big boost for them too.
