Predictable, unfortunately. The great pre-season and Harry's cooing were for nowt.

Double switch with twenty minutes left, Pavlyuchenko and Keane on for Defoe and Crouch.

I would have started Keane today. One great turn and shot from Defoe but he never looked like scoring after that. And "Crouchie" looked out of sorts! Robbie half made that chance for Bale who sliced an open goal wide and really put in some effort today. I was very impressed with his closing down play.

Disappointingly, Robbie only makes the bench again for Spurs against Young Boys Bern tonight: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/foot...pe/8921842.stm

Just on now for Defoe 65mins - Hope he is ok with the artifical pitch, can cause injuries, something we dont need with only 3 weeks to the Armenia game!

82 mins - Nice assist (one - two) with Pavluychenko for Spurs 2nd goal

Super touch for the second goal. Has looked very lively since he came on. Spurs have been very poor and are extremely fortunate to be just 3-2 down.

Keane has a smile on his face and seems to be making the best of it, play hard when you get a chance, etc...

Other than that, Why would anyone name that team "Young boys?" I find that disturbing. When the fans are sitting in a pub are they like "I love young boys?" You could get arrested here for that.

Asked this around on a few other boards, Liam Miller played twice for Man United in the Champions League group stages in 2004/2005, both games against Sparta Prague

Still means that Robbie, or Aiden McGeady, can become the first player to score for two clubs in the group stages though.

The co-commentator on yesterdays Spurs game on ESPN said Keane and Joe Jordan had some type of a animated spat on the pitch before the game took place yesterday. Keane should have been a certain starter yesterday considering Arry comments today about certain Spurs players not wanting to play on the astro. And I still think Keane is a better all round player than Defoe.

Do you think Robbie might have been one of the ones to complain?
