Until the corners are built it will never be finished, a cold drafty ground a bit like the Croke Park effort with that open and uncovered terrace. It too would be a fine ground if ever finished!
With no response to my last post here, can I ask again then if people have even heard of Clan Creda on any level? Just a personal interest mini survey thing with a quick yes or no?

never heard of him/it/her/them.
www.clanncredo.ie (apologies for misspelling the name prior).
Was wondering why this is so poorly known about considering the FAI have pushed it (maybe that is why). Not huge amounts available but €500k does get over the hump of funding to draw down grants for example or get a project moving between rounds of grant offerings and not at off the wall rates. So where's the catch - typical Irish thinking lol, or why is there not a better awareness/profile of this provision?
I'd guess not that many people here are the types actually making decisions about cashflow and capital grants, so it's just not in our field of view.
You can't spell failure without FAI
Are you suggesting that there are actually some people here who dont know everything?? Naw I just find it strange that it has never has cropped up ever afaik especially at times when people fretted about raising whatever % of a grant to draw it down. It's a failing by this lender that it isnt better known especially for entirely volunteer run clubs/projects where there isnt the expertse that there may be for a larger LoI club and projects though I say that last bit partially through gritted teeth!

A three year old article.
Was anything done in that space of time?

New build category 4 stadium in Luxembourg, 9,350 capacity at a cost of €80m. A ground like this should be the aspiration of the top LOI clubs.
Have the council started building on that site yet? Is the stadium project completely dead?
There was some dispute between a local FG TD and the government over the amount of housing they want to put on the site. There has been nothing done with it yet. The stadium dream for St Michaels Estate is definitely dead now. We are looking at other options but nothing official yet. We have to do something as Richmond will or has become obsolete in its current guise. We need better facilities for the future of the club.

Not a bad ground as it is.
You really can't but admire Sligo for the way they're run and the way the local community gets behind them every year. Very impressive.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
A true model club, hopefully it'll all come together just as smoothly.
Reports of Shelbourne wanting to buy Tolka back off the Dublin Corpo?
Any substance or is it a bit of window dressing?
Seems to have some credibility. Shels have money these days so they're obviously prepared to spend some on keeping Tolka. If they can get it back up to a decent standard then best of luck to them.

You don't work for RTÉ by any chance do you Calcio? Or maybe your involved with FF/FG?
You can't seem to post something without making reference to Sinn Féin-worried much😊?
