That sounds like nonsense. It's highly unlikely the game will sell out. I don't think we've ever had an opening game sell out.
We've asked for 500, but there's whispers that we mightn't get half of that. Hopefully the stand will be fixed. I'm surprised they're cutting it so fine after four months.

Cork want us to sell our allocation in advance. We're being told away fans can't just rock up on the night and buy a ticket. I thought it would definitely sell out as the champions first home game. Cork people love a winning team.
Very good. Fingers crossed it'll be right then. It'll be our first away game in the Premier Division for a decade and only down the road so loads of fans want to go and it'll be some headache if they can't all go. I'd be thinking we'll bring 400-500 just because of the game that's in it. Our away crowds will more likely be in the region of 100 for games elsewhere.

Roof repairs complete at Turner's Cross
Looks a smashing job to be fair.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), first Irish club to win points in a group stage in Europe (2016).
For the 5179th time, it's just been announced at Harps press conference this evening that work will recommence on the new ground "within weeks"
Will they have to bulldoze the one they built like 10 years ago before they start building the new new one. Pathetic.
Would a blurry video suffice?

Part time Finn Harps too :)
There was a stand built 4 years ago if that's what you mean?
I didn't realise concrete had such a short life span..
I don't think anybody is more frustrated than Harps fans and committee at this project. While it's been said at a press conference AGAIN that work will soon progress, I'll not be holding my breath.
