I see our upgrading works on the stadium itself are starting soon. Will be great when they are finished.

As am not involved in that part of the club dont know that much bout it but do know that it involves upgrading safety features such as crush barriers etc. I havent been at many meetings so dont really know what is happening at the mo but do know that in the next few weeks the work to make CHP one of the most pleasant grounds in the Country are commencing!

You cant put crush barriers on tarmacadam! Given that it is a slope terracing would be idea there like it is at Harps.

Sorry I meant crush barriers at the turnstiles but they may be doing something like that inside....as I said am not privy to the plans at the moment but I do know that there are loads of things being done to make it safer and more pleasant.

So Drogheda haven't even gone for planning yet- they have a long way to go yet methinks. In fairness the money seems to be there so they should get there in the end.

Will the ground be built before the money runs out though?

    It's big enough.
Our seated capacity in the ground will be in the region of 7,000

Yes, the next big project is to cover the St Annes End.
