It's not a bad reflection on the league, it's more a result of life in Ireland today.
Some of these lads are building up buisness's and what happens when at 32ish they have to give it up. I'm sure somebody would take him on part time if he's good enough. That way he keeps his job/business whatever plus gets more money from football. Most of our squad are in the same position!
