We were s/h/i/t in front of goals. We should have been 5 up at least by halt time but now we have trip to Tolka on Thursday night.
What happened lads? was it a case of 11 men behind the ball from killester?

Yes, all that ****e their striker said about coming to Sligo for the win was bull. They had about 4 chances the whole game. Every time we attacked we looked like scoring.
Don't know what Sean Connor was at playing Judge and Hughes up front though. One is a **** striker and the other is not a striker. Whatever problems he has with McT, he needs to get over it cos he has to start, we need him. I hope Flash was injured too cos otherwise their was absolutely no excuse for not playing him. A midweek replay in Tolka is exactly what we didn't need.
Rant over!.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
I dont think that Killester's tactics were wrong, they might have had only 5 chances in the game but I think they were better chances then any of ours.O Hara was made to work for them all.I think Seans arrogance showed through and that he got his tactics all wrong. He play Mckenzie at right back not his natural position in which he had a nightmare against ST. Pats in.Took Hughes out of the middle of the park to play him up front where had two Strikers on the bench as he had our regular right back there also.I think Sean has a thing bout playing Faz and tonight adjusted the team to give him his game.
Till d End!

ok so what sean connor is arrogant, we know, but let him get on with his thing, hes got us up to this league guided us to 5th place in our first season and were still in the cup draw for the semi's so lets let him get on and not be so critical of him. he'll learn his lesson.
I not been critical of Connors overall,I think he is doing a great job for us but I am been critical of tactics tonight because he did get them wrong. He was the one on the radio all week saying that he would not underestimate Killester and that he would approach the game as he would any other..!do you really think he has done that tonight with the starting 11 he put.
Till d End!
In fairness Killester got their tactics spot on in that they got what they came for. Though Faz didnt have the best of games but certainly wasnt the worst out there by a long shot and i noticed the ones that did abuse Faz didnt bother abusing players that had just as bad a game as he did.Thought we were unlucky we created a lot of chances but the ball just wouldnt go in, just one of those nights.
had we put away one of your chances, the floodgates would have opened and we would have ran away with it.
as it happened, the more times we missed the more determined Killester got.
Well done Killester,good performance!!!
We should beat them handy enough in the replay,if we play our strongest team.
Flash was injured according to Ocean FM.
We were the better team but before the game didn't the killester manager say that he'd bring his two centre midfielders back and play with 6 at the back and hold on for the draw. The only reason they got the draw was becuse of the Killester defenders height at the back and the goalmouth was crowded every time we got in a goalscoring position. They were built tacticly to hold on for the draw and they did.
Right lads put the result into perspective Rovers should of won the game but at the same time Killester could of sneaked it. Hughes up front was a disaster from the start with two strikers on the bench. Connor has an ego the size of Ben Bulben. Faz was actually up front before Mc Tiernan came on. Why he persists with Faz is beyond me, Flash was really missed last night.

Did Deering send off Benny the bull?
Wasn't sent off. Linesman/woman/person asked that he be moved down the pitch as there was a danger that the jersey could cause confusion with an off side decision. Good thinking - can't imagine Graham Poll having the humility to do it.
