National Ploughing Championships!

Does anyone else know how big this event is? was down there all day today filming and holy crap the site is huge! absoltely classic though, the have JCB digger dancing, loving it!

Are they still held at Tullow? My father has won several awards in the vintage categories over the last few years at ploughing championships in Ireland and the UK, including a couple at the NPAI championships.

Thankfully the hobby has not passed on from father to son.

it more just diggers driving around but call it what you will.

PP, it moves around the country. This year includes the World ploughing championships. I've never been, but there's a few guys from work who always go. None of them are from farming background, but there's a load of stalls with tools and machinery etc., if you're into that sort of thing.
