According to NewsTalk there's about 10,000 less travelling this time around.
Is there many on here that are heading over to the game? Heard that there are ONLY 2000 traveling fans? Anyone else hear that?
Should be more than 2000. 2000 tickets were taken up from FAI allocation at €51 a piece which is a disgrace. Id say many more travelling over getting cheaper tickets over there as in previous years.
I have two tickets for the game after 2 people pulled out, would like to get rid of them if possible, otherwise I am €110 down. Anyone interested?
There will be more who didn't fancy paying the €55 for tickets in the belief that the Cypriot FA will be charging their own fans a lot less.
However the numbers will be quite small and way down on last year.
I'm going but only 2 of our group of 8 that normally go are going this time.
This is the only game I am missing. I was there last year and it was fun but a bit tacky I suppose. I prefer city trips to be honest. Annual leave and costs concerns means I will miss this one and go to all the rest. I also got robbed there last time and the performance was one of the worst so all added up means if I had to miss a trip this was the one to miss.
In Trap we trust
The ticket prices are on the tickets in Cypriot Pounds and breakdown as:
7.26 ticket cost
the other 22.74 is VAT and charges.
So 30 Cypriot Pound for the tickets. Do ya think they'd be the same over there?
Not bothered with this trip, heard very little positive from the last trip and I'd much prefer to go to San Marino.
We're not arrogant, we're just better.
I will be missing this trip too. mostly as stated above. I was in cyprus for the last two games we played there and noticed its gotten very tacky. None of the lads i travel with are travelling either. We decided this was the game to miss but we will travel to the rest of the away games.
