As far as I am aware he was never residing in Thailand. Incidentally I was in Vietnam in March after he was arrested and sentenced, there is a woman (Crazy Kim) in Nha Trang who runs a charity from a bar to help convict known foreign paedophiles who are in Vietnam and to give aid to kids affected.
