New limerick word: clown.
Probation officer?Coming from a limerick fan? Glorious. Always the same. Those that are in no position to slag off anybody always do.
Back on topic have a sneaking suspicion that limerick might get a result given their recent bad form.

Presume you mean calendar? If so you know where you can shove it.
Read my signature and try and stay on topic. If you knew about the game it sometimes throws up an unlikely result. Here's hoping that tomorrow night will be one.
Calm down son.

I see he's teaching you to spell properly aswell, great stuff![]()
I know you changed your signature, why not ignore me anyway though I mean what has changed your mind??
I know the game throws up odd results, doesn't make your original point any more logical![]()
Calling me son?? What kind of loser are you???
Calm down, Grandson![]()
BTW I hope we win too, thanks for your kind support
If you actually read my signature you'd know why.
Sure if I ignored you you'd have nobody to talk to you kid![]()
Can you reply without putting in the roll eyes?
When you open your mouth its just to change your feet.
Anyway the Cobh v Dundalk game saturday could be Cobh's last chance to stay alive. If the home side dont get a result it looks like curtains for them.

Worst thread ever?
The ball is round and has many surprises.

Galway
heart says galway, head says rovers
talk from supporters, no players thank god. Cousins has them 100% focused
next weeks match in terryland will be very interesting now after last nights result. Have to shout for cobh to get something out of there match tonight against dundalk too. Also, I hope athlone get the draw against rovers in the cup and give them an even bigger fixture congestion headache!
Conor H/GUFC/other tribesmen out there
Christ that was some win last night for you lot (5-1 away to Limerick) , I was cursing errortel when it came up you equalised, then 2-1, then 5-1, but fair is fair that was a brilliant result, so well done, esp 4 goals in last 10 mins was it. Safe to say its down to 3 teams now ?
You can imagine my relief to get a text this afternoon to hear we beat Cobh 3-2 away, even sweeter as we have an appaling record down there. I heard our team flew down, even better it actually worked out cheaper than train/coach - unreal
We have Kildare away next, Who are Galway playing next week
Countdown to our Terryland meeting, Oct ?
Ps Was over in Galway for a stag in May, had a good chat with Nick Leeson about Eircom lge/galways/dlk etc - lovely guy - said it was the first time anyone ever spoke to him and didnt mention Barings !
UTD are palying Rovers next week!!Terryland Park showdown-a match that will go along way to deciding the title!
Yesterday was phenomenal and it will ensure a sell out against Rovers nest week but we all know our match against yee is just as big aswell! Will Dundalk bring many down do ya think?
From looking at yere forum some of yere fans think Rovers are yere main threat-maybe they've forgotten who's actually top of the league and who's beaten Rovers aswell!Game very much on though!

It's easy to be top when you've played 3 more games than your rivals, and the benefit of FAI charity.Originally Posted by Conor H

Afaik, the match next week is Game 30 of 36, not 36 of 36. Our next 3 games are home ones after Friday night's trip to Galway. The title will be decided in November.

Didnt realsie you were playing orvers next week !!
For our game, there`ll be the usual travel club bus who go to every single away game, and the younger set of fans who stand at the former shed side of oriel, they run busses to bigger away game, prob more will go in cars, the odd weekener groups, maybe 100/150, hard to know.
I was one of those on our forum who saw rovers as our (only) threat, i completely stand corrected now, its clearly a 3 horse race, both games you have in terryland v us and rovers are going to have a massive say on who comes first. I have to say its no longer advatange Rovers due away win form of us and yourselves. Ok they may have games in hand, but you got to win them, as for their 3 pts, they are long gone, no chance they`ll get those back. But one thing they do have is late recovery, tonight for eg i was just waiting for them to equalise v Athlone, then they got the winner..........poor concentration by athlone, real pity as a semi final for them would have been a greta boost to the town.
Back to the first div title, Its going to be close, thats for sure, but as i`ve said before, its a much improved first div standard this year, football much better to watch, fans beneift overall, no point having just one strong team.
Not sure what result to hope for next week with you and rovers !!
The league will be decided over 36 games; not 1, not 2, not 9, not 18, but 36 games, of which with a three-month long unbeaten record, 3 games in hand on our competitors, and 3 points pending this season, we are in the best position to win it.Originally Posted by oriel
