Looking for a Club in Cork City

Just moved to Cork City, living in Douglas, I know nothing about the area at all and the people I work are nearly all from outside of Cork.
Anyone got details for a club to train/play with in the Douglas area.
I've been playing Junior Soccer in North Tipp for years was on the Oscar Traynor team so if I got fit I could be useful for a team.

douglas hall might be a safe bet,not being smart now

im not from the area either,but they have a good reputation in cork anyway and should be quite close to you

Im looking for a club to train/ play with or even just a game of astro-turf?
