    Disciplinary news from the eircom League

    Rovers players who pick up one game bans effective from today for reaching the points total of four or eight points:

    Keith Foy (Sligo Rovers).

    Sligo Rovers' Gavin Peers has been handed an extra one game ban following his sending off against Bray on 18th August. He has also been fined €100.

    Unhappy McT suspended for Pat's game too...

    The following suspensions and sanctions were issued by the Disciplinary Commission at their meeting on Wednesday, 6th September 2006 and are effective as and from Wednesday, 20th September 2006 unless otherwise stated:

    Robbie Clarke (Shamrock Rovers) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

    Eamonn Collins (Asst. Manager, Shelbourne) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match, fined €500 and warned as to his future conduct as a result of being removed from the technical area by the referee v Derry City (27.08.06). For this one match suspension, Mr Collins is to remain at least 50 metres away from the dressing room, technical area and pitch for at least two hours before the match as well as during the match and for one hour after the match.

    Sean Dillon (Shelbourne) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

    Robert McAuley (Dundalk) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

    Paul McTiernan (Sligo Rovers) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

    Shelbourne were fined €100 for the improper conduct of their players and technical staff (4 players carded and 1 technical official dismissed ) v Derry City (27.08.06).
