    Kasabian-Empire?

Any of you heard Kasabian's new album Empire? Got it on friday and been listening to it solidily since. More rocky than the 1st album with a kinda T-Rex feel to it still with the dance edge.

Have to say I thought it was utter garbage. I've put it on in work a few times now and it just doesn't work for me. I'm gonna file Kasabian alongside Razorlight in the over-blown, over-hyped section of our music store

Is it time you admitted you were starting to feel old when you look at bands like Kasabian, Razorlight, Arctic Monkeys, Libertines etc. and think 'ah they were better in my day', I'm only a child of the 90s for Christs sake!!

Got it a couple of weeks ago, listened to it on and off. Not bad on first glances. The first single (Empire?) is impressive. As some have noted here already, there isn't as many stand out tracks as on the 1st album.
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!
