We go on an unbeaten run and end up winning the first division title and earn our entry into the new premier league for our performance on the pitch.

And the worst?
End up stuck in the graveyard of football for yet another season

Young player to watch?
Has to be Cretaro after his great start to the season, from the under21's it would be between Kennedy and Doherty after watching them beat Sligo yesterday.

Most important player?
Alan Murphy. If he can find his old form, that he had before joining Derry, we would be in an even stronger position than we find ourselves in at the moment for getting out of the division.

Player you’d like to get rid of?
Im happy with everyone at the moment that I can think of.

What advise would you give him?
You should have signed Dupuy

Rafael Cretaro-The best player in the league IMO.

Cretaro again followed closely by Murphy who on his day could be better than Cretaro.

What advise would you give him?
Convince the players that they are the best team in the league.

Rovers in Terryland again to show them that we are in fact better than them.Wouldnt mind a victory against Dundalk and athlone either.

John Russell. He seemed to be a great prospect 2 years ago and I’m still hopeful that he’ll deliver on that promise.

Our central midfielders because that’s the area that seems to be weak a lot of the time. John Russell could be the one to make the difference there.

From what we’ve seen so far, he could be.

Has to be Alan Keane, brillant all season....Raf and Cooke are up there aswell.

Alan Gough,kept United in soo many games this year!! i'll be sad to see him retire next season..

I think so, he attracts big name players to the club i.e Wesley Charlas

Keep what he's doing and it will all come good..

Alan Gough scores 93rd minute winner in Kilkenny to give GUFC the First Division title, one point ahead of Shamrock Rovers.

GUFC found to have improperly registered Stephen "I ain't doin' no trainin', fool" Gavin and are dropped from 1st to 5th place in the table.

yea sure - i always say murph has a bad game - ive been trying to lay off the last while seen as he knocked a few in - all the same the amount of times it opened up on the left - waiting with murph on the ball to pass it out to odonnell or sometimes 2 players - and he goes and beats himself again

keane on the other hand would get possesion in the breakdown of play - and instead of bringing it forward into the ample free space - or playing a one two - he would hoof it regardless - with no pressure

then its time to do it all over again and what happens - same again

i know it wasnt him alone who played badly - he just stuck in me head for some reason

apart from the penalties hes been awarded - derek drives me up the wall - beat a player(just about) - beat another player (9 times out of 10 - no!)- wait go back and beat the first lad again - if he manges to get out of this lo and behold space - what does he do - go for cross - what cant he 100% of the time - cross - what should he do - run into box and win penalty

keep bringin in talent(long run) and try and get a settled team (short term)

rovers for the points - athlone for making me watch the worst game ever

im not an optimist - the draws earlier on will tell - losing to those beside us not helping at the moment etc.
think it could be promotion by defualt in 3rd or 4th - would love it to be in second - but other teams seem to be able to beat the weaker teams - a lot more easily than us

An inqust is held into Dave Goldbey's "disallowed" goal in the Play Off final three years ago in Drogheda. The Drogs get booted out of the League and are replaced by us ...and we go on to win the Champion League ...in the Nou Camp...against Shels... Jumbo scoring the winner after coming out of retirement

And the worst?

Eric apologises (on local radio again) for dossing training and comes back with a bunch of flowers.

I'd say so. He will probably go to a Dubland club in a two years. Hopefully, Lal will a second chance then. But yes, Cuz is the man.

Thanks Terry. Jumo sat out our first three European games...the 3 - 2 agg win over Arsenal (two games) and the away leg against Rangers. Derek O'Brien missed the final through suspension

What is the best thing that could happen (for the remainder) of this season? That we go on a brilliant run winning all of our games and win the league in Kilkenny away

And the worst? That we revert back to bog ball style and start hoofing the ball up from our centre halfs to our strikers.

Young player to watch? Cookie, he's having a really good season although sometimes he does look a small bit inexperienced

Most important player? I think getting raf back is going to be a really big boost to both the players and the fans as it is like getting a new player and i fancy that raf will shine for the rest of the season

Player you’d like to get rid of? Barry Moran, i think in the past couple of seasons he looks to have lost all desireto play for the club and i also think he has lost a lot of his pace

Is Tony Cousins the right manager? So far he can only be commended for completely changing the way we play football, so that the fans actually have something to watch and we actually now have a chance of beating teams by playing football

What advise would you give him? Keep signing outside players, it seems to have worked so far so keep it up Tony

Which team do you most want to beat? Rovers would have to be an obvious choice to help us win the league but i'd have to say athlone, after some absolutely dire results and performances up there we owe them a good beating
