Lifeline is good, but only really works if you're having a couple of pints and up early the next day, its not designed to counteract your bender!!!

2 Alkaselza (sp?) before bed, no worries the next day!!!

I am allegic to Codeine so I dont contribute to the Solpadeine empire.

Have used the lifeline b4 and worked ok but still had a bit of a hangover. Nothing compared to what it prob would have been tho. My hangover cure is Diet 7up & crisps (salt & vinegar is best).

    Terry,

I'm sure I've mentioned this before: Get yourself some vitamin B tablets, or some multi-vitamin. Any supermarket will have them. Take a couple before you start, and if you remember, another couple before you go to sleep.

There is also a vit B with added brewer's yeast. Can be a bit heavy on an empty stomach, though.

Bah, bottle of Lucozade and a packet of Meanies does me fine.

I know some people who have a solpadine addiction. Does nothing for me I have to say.
