We don't have the squad to make wholesale changes, and truth be told when we have a competant manager in place we have one of the better starting line ups in this division
With all that is going on with the club our team needs some changes IMO because we seem to have the same players playing every game that we are losing and changes shud be made to the lkine up to freshnin up the team becoz i tink most of the players wether they play **** or terrible are going to be there for the next game anyway.

No matter what starting X1 you put out, it always needs a leader, someone to give direction. You can line your best eleven up in any order you like against Harps but it will struggle without a figurehead on the sideline. The whole uncertainty of not knowing who the new gaffer is will have an unsettling effect on the squad.
Senior players like Paddy, Mooney and Carthy are going to have to try and motivate others around them and give advice. Mooney should be appointed caretaker manager in my opinion seeing as it seems Billy Barrett isn't going to be. It actually could be a blessing that he's injured at this time.
Chances against Harps might be slim enough, but whoever gets the job will be inheriting a pretty good squad and a club with ambition and potential. Its up to him to guide that potential.
