Would it not be a better idea to keep on collecting if it can't be ready for the San Marino game? It's a long time until the next game.

The Collection is finished now!!! Because a lot of people that offered
a Donation opted out in the end. We decided to put time scale on it and
it ended on 31/10/2006.
I'll talk to the flag company and see if they can make it bigger for price!!

I'm happy with the proposed flag size.
Had everyone who pledged money actually donated it, we wouldn't be discussing this!
Obviously we didn't hit the target so since there's no pressure now, I'd like to review possibilities. Apparently dimensions isn't as strict as casso36 was led to believe, so first of all should we go for something with flag or banner dimensions?

No offence but I thought this was already decided upon before we even started donating. I was under the impression it was to be a flag with the foot.ie logo in the middle.
To be honest all I was hoping for was something big to raise above the crowd before kick off. A-la French fans with the big jersey.
It was decided, casso36 posted dimensions a month ago, which had banner dimensions and that seems to have been fine with everyone.
However when he posted sized-down dimensions last week to match the lower budget, several people complained that it had banner dimensions (long and thin), not flag dimensions (2:1).
So, flag dimensions or banner dimensions?

If flag can we decide if we want it done in flag material or pvc.
If it is flag it will cost an extra €140.00 for the 20 x 10 size.
Want to try get done before he decides to up price!!
My mates said they will bring it with them to San Marino game if not to heavy!! Or if anyone that donated wants to bring it then let me know and i can deliver it to them when finished.

Slightly late, but I have sent my €20 as promised.
The flag has already been made as far as I'm aware, the manufacturer is just waiting on payment, which I've sent to casso36. If it hasn't, casso36 will see if your handle can be added; if not I'll refund your payment. I'm removing the payment page from the site now.

All who donated to FLAG!! Take a bow, just collected it and looks very impressive, and very BIG!!! But not too heavy, not heavy at all.
Have it in my car and will be put up in the press until San Marino Game. As i've said in previous thread mate said he will bring it with him and yous can all meet up over there. We can arrange at later date.
If anyone wants to use it before then will have to collect it from me.
