People worrying about PayPal shouldn't bother, paying with PP is just like paying for anything else on the web with a credit card (if you don't have a PP account). If you get stuck, I'll come up with some other way that you can make your donation.

Thought you might like this on the flag

WIR kamen, wir sahen, wir eroberten!

We came, We saw, We conquered!

I'll go €100 and thats for the 4 of us wife and kids. If you want to cut off list at end of week and go back and reduce size to budget, might be better idea.

travelling with about 20 or so and will see all them at the Dutch game, shoul get a few more pledges then. Bit late but maybe for the cyprus game on.

Any doubters wouldnt it be great in 20 years to see your name on the biggest flag going, and think back to 2006. Thats from a vetran of 26 years travelling to watch the boys in green. What a life full of memories.

How about meeting before the Dutch game and sorting the organisers out for the cost of the flags- preferably in a pub that isnt a rip off price one!

Alternately post cheques to Adam but made payable to Prospect Design, they then are no good to anyone else if we dont get enough, and Prospect wouldnt cash them if they werent doing the flag. Im sure they would take a mixture pf chqs given the circumstances.

I think thats a great idea and we could put the number "12" on it aswell - good idea?

Its hardly too late - sure we dont even have enough money yet Also we could still put "foot.ie" and the names on the jersey aswell?

The flag will last forever, unless we change that too in the next few years!!

where are The Star now? they were fairly quick to tell the world about the eventim outlet and scupper the steady stream of tickets we were gettin. does anyone know how to contact them in order to get a mention for the flag - donations wud flood in then and we really could get the biggest flag going.

if the flag was a jersey (but just plain green and not current design) with number 12 on the breast and large foot.ie in place of (poxy) eircom we wudn't have to change it ever.

Put me down for 20 quid. Like the idea of the plain green jersey but will go with whatever ye decide. Also like the idea posted on one of the other threads to get a petition going to name the street to the stadium rayhoughton strasse!
