    Accomodation in Stuttgart needed.

Im heading up from Frankfurt on the weekend for the game but cant find any accomodation. Rather than spend every day looking for somewhere has anyone got a room that they have been booked but is now going spare. If someone in your party has let you down or you want to get rid of a room to avoid the cancellation fee , then PM me.

Failing that , if anyone knows a hotel which isnt full then let me know. Im in germany at the moment and the papers are suggesting some 35,000 minimum are expected. It could top Paris at this rate

    cheers

    Wallis,

Hotel Hafner is available for 2 nights €118.00 Friday and Saturday.
    On that site.

Or if you Google Stuttgart Hotels you'll get it.

Phone Number for Hotel Hafner, Stuttgart 0711872280 Or Website www.hotel-hafner.de

Wallis, I only sent them an email this morning cancelling the room so they may not have got around to it yet. You could probably try informing them that it was only cancelled today and to check it out. It was a single room that had previously been booked along with 2 x double rooms.
There'll be snow on that one.

Have a look at these sites. They have availability but it is pricey:

    http://www.moevenpick-hotels.com/hom...htm?mode=flash
    18 times, and that's a fact.

I just cancelled our hotel & re-booked here:

    http://www.hirsch-hotel-gehrung.de/en/index.html

Hotel: Hirsch Hotel Gehrung Address:Stuttgarter Str. 7
    73760 Ostfildern - Ruit
    Telephone+(49) 711 - 441300
    Fax:+(49) 711 - 44130444

Got 3 x single rooms at 42 a night each which isn't too bad at all at this stage. Says its 0.7km from city centre, looks a little more on the map tho:

Great spot Loscher - I have called them and booked the room, many thanks. I was at the tourist office in frankfurt yesterday for one hour and they called 40 hotels with no vacancies. Was beginning to think I would need to hire a car at Stuttgart and sleep in it.

If you are in the hotel bar I will get you a pint.

No bother Wallis, glad you got sorted. Was surprised to find it myself... 0.7km to city centre - a nice pub crawl into the city if nothing else!

scrap that. I've just found out my friedn is too unwell to travel, so we wont be taking the room after all. If anyone is looking for a double room, hotel Brita should have at least one available. was a decent price and inculded travel passes. gutted for my mate, but he is fine about it.

I have a spare twin room in the heart of Stuttgart, beside Schlossplatz and Schlossgarten. It's 65 per night. Anyone in need before I cancel tomorrow.
