That's not bad from Park's point of view, three of the weaker teams - they might work a miracle yet

I would call it ignorance on your part rather than arrogance on their part. If you think about it, a draw or loss would have kept yee closer to the rest and wembley would still be ahead of caherdavin, so why would they cheer for yee to beat caherdavin??? And i dont think they belive they are the only team that can catch yee, but have as good a chance as the rest if yee did draw, or loose. you should think before you type Booster.

A must win game for park, back to back wins would be great and maybe give us a platform to operate off.

Coonagh have Cappamore on Tuesday evening so they too will be thinking that 2 wins would be a giant step towards safety. Getting them is another matter.

footie, in all fairness to you... you're not the sharpest tool in the box are you... of course wembley should have been cheering for summerville last sunday...
summerville were chasing corbally and herbertstown last year and all they wanted was star to beat all the other contenders and win the league - and at the same time summerville would have a chance of taking second spot.. its just common sense..

if caherdavin did beat summerville last sunday, how would wembley be better off??? caherdavin would be right up there with them in the table with a good 7/8 games to go and it would go right to last game for the two promotion spots between 4/5 teams [including summervile]..
but after summervilles win wembley and summerville are definitely favourites to go up....
so, in my view, theres no way wembley would have been cheering for caherdavin sunday only for they think they will beat everyone and win the league...which they should do anyways, as they are the best footballing side in the league and also fai quarter finalists....

even do i hate to say it from a mungret point of view if was a wembley fan i would without doubt have wanted sville to win to keep cdavin further behind if the had won it would have given them great confidence of going up when they played there next match ,now they will feel like they have missed the boat and its all over for another season..

was at the game sunday and thought that the result was the best for us on sunday. were 4 points ahead of caherdavin now. if summerville were to lose personally i dont think it would matter. if they pick off the weaker teams in the league they will still win the league comfortably. I want summerville to beat all the teams around us and so far they have and hope they keep winning apart from when we have them.

    next tuesday fixture
    caherdavin v wembley
    mungret v bruff

with bruff playing shannon on sunday and mungret on tues it is a big week for them.

merryman why do u hate wembley.

If Park play like they did at the weekend, they should be able to pick up at least 12 points from those games, leaving them 20 at end of season. Will Cappamore for example pick up another 8 points in 8 games ??? Will be very interesting to see how this works out.....

We can only do our bit and hope we do enough to stay up. Thing bout us is we need everyone there we can afford to be missing players. We normally have around 12-20 players training that doesn't sound like a side that's in our situation does it. Maybe it's just a confidence thing.

The table says it all. Not enough signed and usually have only 12-13 at games. Big few days for them...IMO if they dont get 6 points they are gone.
