    Hill Celtic 0 - 4 summerville

John Shine,Darren o sullivan,Danny Colbert and Shane fitz on the mark for summerville!!!

Hill celtic weren't bad..A lot of argueing amongst themselves....I don'y think they are bad enough to go down though!!

Think shannon beat coonagh fairly handy as well!!

    Wembley go marching on!

    Wembley 4 Mungret 1

    Seamus Mulchahy (3), Dave Liston

Not as comfortable a win as the score suggests we got three goals in the space of about 8 minutes in the first half all from Seamus Mul. Mungret came at us a bit in the 2nd half and threatened for a while but never really looked like makin the comeback even after they scored thier goal. Sticky side though dont know if thier good enough for promotion but will take a lot of points out there.

Wembley fully deserved their win although i think 4-1 did flatter them a bit. No excuses though, when a better footballing side beats you it's hard to have any complaints.

Summerville will definitely go up. Buff I have my doubts about but Wembley should go up if they keep plugging away. Still think Bruff are not good enough for Prem.

they dont have to be good enough for premier just good enough to get out of 1A,could the GAA season affect their promotion bid?
the results for mungret and caherdavin yest were bad and prob kills off there challenge maybe both good outsiders for the cup.
S'ville and Wembley will battle it out for the title with S'ville coming out on top

Yesterday's result is the end of the road for mungret, not that they were in the race for promotion anyway! They are now 5 points behind wembley who just hammered them, 8 ponts behind bruff and they are 13 points off summerville.

Summerville will win the league with wembley pushing them close.
The cup is wide open with most teams capable of beating each other.

match was off because a committee members son died just before the weekend.

as for your other question,I think it looks as its between yourselves and summerville for the league and promotion places,
Judging on what I've seen ye are by far the better footballing team but lost some silly games and in fairness to summerville I didn't think they were great but all you can do is keep winning your own games and they seem to be doing that at the minute.
I would fancy ye to catch them though.

but its not a 2 horse race by any means yet!!!

    Hi Shannonman

There was a glitch on the new shiny part of the website this will be corrected shortly, the draw chould have been up as cancelled but that was the glitch. thanks for your feedback it's good to know someone is looking at the tables!

    1a promotion

played hill sunday.. not a bad side there not, as far as i no a few of there players went on the crewe park bus to cork on the ****, so they were short a few players, dont think they'l be anywhere close to being relegated!!league is lookin a bit different, still think its wide open between the top 5, we've still got wembley, shannon, mungret, caherdavin, bruff and geraldines to play yet, alot of points to be got yet before we'l start talkin about leagues and promotion!!
