losing to star would wreck anyones confidence in all fairness
If that caherdavin team were hammered by mungret 7:1 then how bad must summerville bewith all there OT players

The league looks like a fight between wembly and geraldines especially with their minors been available at the business end of the season.
wembley wont have any of there minors available towards the end of the season because they are most likely gonna be rested for fai and munster cup matches..... and then they have ther own divisional league and cups...... seen it over last 3 or 4 years they have too many matches so they cant be made available to the junior team.......
still all the play for wembley dines caherdavin bruff summerville and an outside bet would be mungret if they get a run going......not much in it according to the league table....
Haven't logged in for a bit but had heard about Caherdavin...Great to see that Mr Meehan & Co have gone down since the prodical son Fahy returned...there was a rumour that Karl and he would never play on the same team...seems hes full of crap as usual....Go On Park !!!!
time to put our necks on the line about the promotion i think Mungret and Geraldines will go up they have the two best forwards in the league and goals win games.the choice is yours
Darragh Purtill for President!
dont worry purtill il be home at xmas to sort ye out
Caherd*vin won 5-4 according to my sources
ya caherdavin 5-4 park
couldn believe it myself when i heard..... one thing for caherdavin they ll give u entertainment on a sunday morning....
Heard from one of the players that they were lucky to win and that a number of players have resorted back to usual boozing on a Saturday night.
Promotion challenge over methinks if that continues.
18 times, and that's a fact.
most overated team in league
Im goin to have to disagree with you there..........
I've seen Caherdavin play about four or five times this season and they are far from over rated.
Star were lucky to beat them in the FAI
In the league when they played Wembley, the two best teams in 1A were on show and both were happy with a draw.
Now Im gonna put my head on the line by saying that even tho they fell apart against Aisling they could count themselves unlucky. With chances taken in the first half they could have went in at hlaf time leading. Aisling added on four goals in the final ten minutes once the game was over.
And again last weekend against Mungret they spent the majority of the first half camped in the Mungret half but Mungret were absolutely clinical.
Only problem Caherdavin have at the moment is a lack of confidence in defence, remember up until the Aisling game they had conceeded the joint least number of goals with Wembley.
As a footballing point of view there main problem is Fahy. im not one to knock a player because at the end of the day its an amateur game, but sice Fahy has returned Caherdavin have been terrible. Fahy is in ahead of Woodland and because of that there front line is static. Fahy doesnt do half the work Woodland does(who came on against Mungret and caused terrible problems).![]()
Agree with you on Fahy. He has no intention of moving unless the ball is at his feet or in front of him to run on to.
As for the Mungret game (I didnt see it), I find it hard to believe a team could have most of the first half and trail 7-0 at the break.
I have seen them a couple of times and even though they won both games they didnt really impress. I certainly wasnt thinking they could win 1A.

any 1 have the league table?
