    I'll predict that

Newmarket, Mountshannon, Newtown and Avenue for the semi finals.

Rineanna have home advantage over Avenue so I think that it might be close but Avenue are in good form at the moment.

Newmarket and Newtown should be too strong for the two B teams.

Home advantage could be the key for Mountshannon against Moher.

    Anyone else think any different?

Moher to beat Mountshannon taught there was no games this wewekend cause of the OT on saturday in Dublin

Ya, Oscar Traynor play on Saturday but players are expected to play Sunday
    for their club.

I hear the team bus leave's for Dublin at around 9.00am Saturday morning, Game isn't kicking off till 4.00pm. 7 hours before kick off They will probably get home at 10/11 that night and then the league expects them to play 1/4 final cup game for their club next day. Very nice way to repay players/clubs for their co-opperation with the cancelled games which was to help the OT players keep injury free. Its funny at this stage imo.
If you're in the penalty area and don't know what to do with the ball, put it in the net and we'll discuss the options later

dont under estimate them, I'm sure they have a few more SURPRISES in store for us yet I think they get together and decide what the best course of action is...and then for the laugh they do the opposite

It just goe's to show that whoever is making these decisions don't care about teams but only Oscar Traynor. Now, i have no problem with Clare League really making a go at winning This competition, i think its great really, but,to call off games before the Clare v AFL match and then have club fixture next day shows alot of disrespect to the Clare league clubs. Rememver, without the clubs there is no Oscar.

Bad form from the clare lge to expect players to play in cup games on sunday who are involved in Dublin on sat..lack of thought i think..prob be about 10/11 when they get home from dub..then u have to factor in the possibility of a few 7 ups in the queens also...!!!

If the fixture doesnt suit your club then im sure you can request it to be played on Sunday or another evening. In fairness too far away from Shannon for an evening game at 6.30.

We requested a free weekend but were not given it had to travel to Moher reason we were given by the clare lge was there was an official ref down for the match and could not reschedule. Got down to Moher and Moher manager was the ref. Lyden just laughed when we question this. Any other club allowed to do this.

Afraid not, their manager did an ok job as ref in fairness to him. Not the point really.

same thing happened bridge celtic b last weekend...mohers manager reffed the match..in fairness he called a fair game and probably gave more to us than he did to moher but he denied us a stonewall penalty which looks like it could have cost us promotion....

club rang lyden and were more or less laughed at...
