    Kids Football links and info

    The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

    had a problem though recently i e-mailed results for a game to the above address and to a2z but it was'nt registered, has any one else had this problem?

    Hi! I m desperately looking for information on kids/toddlers football. Is there any football clubs in Dublin that train 4yr-olds?

    I think the earliest soccer teams will take kids is 6
    But bring the kids to a gaelic club in the mean time
    they run tiny tots groups which is for 4-8 year olds

    If your Child is big for their age you could start them with some football clubs toddlers acadamy (you might have to tell a fib about the Childs age).

    Im under 16 soccer player from england soon might be movin to ireland, im a strong pacey striker and ive played at preety high level soccer in division below the conference and had trials! dream is to play for sligo rovers or someone in the eircom league when older!! any siggestions?

    Pretty much depends what part of the country you're moving to if you have immediate Eircom League ambitions. Best thing is to start off with a strong local club and break into the local inter league side. If you do well, you will easily get recognition and a chance to play with an Eircom League club.
    Never play leapfrog with a unicorn!!
