Cant was only ****e in his last season here.

What happened to this in the end?
At the members meeting last tues. week, Gerry Conway stuck to the 'we rang the FAI twice' story and, if I remember correctly, suggested that one of the phone calls might have been taken by a floppy haired man from Waterford. He never answered the follow up question as to why McGuinness was signed in the first place
